Whisky Appreciation @ Porta SG

Singapore, 6 June 2019 - Take the time to appreciate the finer things in life, and by finer, we mean the aged, resplendently distilled notes of Glaswegian scotch bottled by Auchentoshan - the proud partner and star of Park Hotel Clarke Quay’s whisky appreciation evenings.

For three days only, starting 14 June, Park Hotel Clarke quay will be doling out an exquisite 3-course dinner arrangement tastefully composed by Porta’s Executive Chef Alex Phan. Prepare to have your tastebuds tantalised by a symphony of flavours, starting off with a 12 Year-Old Single Malt paired with a Home-smoked Trout, followed by an 18 Year-Old, aged in American Bourbon Oak accompanied by a Sous-vide tender Pigeon, and brought to replete by a Three Wood Single Malt alongside Porta’s home-baked Thyme Cookie.

If you’re a connoisseur, you’ll not want to miss this exclusive 3-course Whisky Dinner, featuring Auchentoshan’s unique range of scotch whiskies and graced by Auchentoshan’s brand ambassador Jamey Merkel, held on 14, 15, and 16 June from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
